Request an addition or removal of electricity service meters, review the entries, then electronically sign the completed addendum.

1. Customer and agreement

2. Meter changes

Select Add or Delete, then find the meter using its ZIP code and address or ESI ID. Once selected, the service location is saved in a compact summary.

The requested date is subject to retail electric provider acceptance and ERCOT market rules; this form does not itself schedule a market transaction.

3. Authorization and electronic signature

I represent that I am authorized to submit this add/delete meter request on behalf of the customer identified above. I understand the submitted addendum is a request and may be subject to review and acceptance by the retail electric provider. The controlling terms are those of the provider addendum and applicable customer agreement.

4. Review and submit

Important: Confirm the additions, deletions and signer information before submitting. Your completed PDF will be stored in the designated Energy Ego form submissions folder; the confirmation email can include the signed PDF.
